Warranty

CJL Builders, LLC offers 1-year limited workmanship warranty on Trex Basic, Enhance, and Select a 2-year limited workmanship warranty on the Transcend line and above. We offer a 5-year structural limited warranty on all decks that we build.  All railings come with a 1-year craftsmanship limited warranty.  Details will be included in our contract so you can rest assured your investment is covered.

We build relationships with our suppliers ensuring our customers receive the best quality products, Many of the materials we use are backed by their warranties as well.  When the final payment is received we take care of all the material warranties and send them to our customers through email.  A copy of the chosen material warranty and their owners' care and cleaning recommendations can be found on your Trex Pro warranty for your reference any time after your project has begun.
